Data Center Operator in CyberPort
Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing daily data backup and archival of information systems, databases and applications.
- Operation and support to backup software
- Troubleshooting with all data center related incidents
- Documentation update with inventory, contact lists, procedures
- Operation and support to data center facilities
Qualifications
- 1+ year relevant technical support experience in backup and data center operation
- Process relevant knowledge in backup software and operation, daily reporting of backup completion/failure.
- Process relevant enterprise experience in operations of computer operations with knowledge of servers, network, storage and backup
